If you can, try eating a sandwich or something during the call. For some reason when eating, the brain is like “hey I must not be in danger because I’m eating something” so anxiety may reduce. Also a technique that I use is to speak in a deeper tone. Air flows out of my mouth better when I speak in a deeper tone.
