Yes. My purpose is to overcome the mental anxiety caused by the anticipation, but that's not the only one. Another purpose is that if you can speak these blocking words fluently for so many times, you should start to believe you no longer block on those words, getting rid of the anticipated anxiety all together. It might need some repetition to having this kind of feeling. If you still feel nervous when you are about to say these words, I think you don't repeat them enough. But that's my personal opinions, I'm still testing it out. :)
