I do not understand why not speaking is such a big deal to them. What do they say if someone is deaf, or actually mute? Do they still have to pass an oral presentation? It might be different in other countries, but that is extremely discriminatory. I have tried writing everything down on a piece of paper, but it was extremely awkward for me. I still do it though in really tough situations.
