What rights or accommodations should people who stutter have?

What rights or accommodations should people who stutter have? What rights or accommodations should people who stutter actually have, in school or later in jobs? Is there any kind of “official paper” or documentation that helps in those cases? I had one from a speech therapist that was given to my school, but I never got it back. In my country, stuttering is not very recognized. At least not compared to ADHD, dyslexia, etc. I don’t really know what I could ask for or what to expect. I’d like to hear what others think. Do you get accommodations where you live? What should be considered “reasonable rights” for people who stutter?
