Stuttering and Lack of Sleep?

Stuttering and Lack of Sleep? Is there a definite link between not sleeping enough and increased stuttering? Have you guys experienced this regularly? I'm thinking that there is, but in the past my stuttering was so unpredictable (sometimes I'd get great sleep and stutter a lot; sometimes 1 hour and not stutter). So I told myself there was no connection. But last night and the night before, I've had decent sleep and today really felt like a stutter-free day. I mean, as I kept hearing the sound of my own stutter-free voice, I got more and more confident and went out of my way to start conversations. Felt pretty liberating. Anyway, just wondering if this was just a 'lucky' day or if there's a widely accepted connection between sleep and stuttering. Thanks everyone.
