What are tips that you have to not be nervous before or during interviews

What are tips that you have to not be nervous before or during interviews I have a mild speech impediment and it gets worse during interviews. I try to speak slow and speak as I tap my fingers. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Do you have tips?
