The common misconception about meditation is that it involves completely clearing your mind and thinking about nothing. It’s more so about acknowledging thoughts but learning how to bring your attention back to the present. There’s been countless studies on the benefits of meditating and how it substantially reduces anxiety and bodily tension, which should in turn improve your stutter. I would highly recommend downloading the app Insight Timer, its free and there’s hundreds of guided meditations that do a good job helping you through the process. Meditating hasn’t cured my stutter, but that and exercise has really made me loosen up and be more at ease and confident which has really improved my speech
