I’d look to yourself and see if anything is causing excess stress or anxiety in your life. I don’t know how your stutter presents itself but mine emerges from stress and a couple months ago I got to the point where I was stuttering every word in a sentence. Managing my stress and focusing on what I could control helped and now my stutter is back to minimal but it took time. Catastrophizing the stutter won’t help. Let it run its course, control/manage outside factors to alleviate stress as best as you can, and your fluency will get better over time. If it is stress/anxiety I also recommend speaking to a therapist if possible because that helped me find ways to manage my stress. Hope this helps!
