They are called fluency enhancing techniques, and yes. I agree that we should not be teaching people how to sound more fluent. I’ve been saying this the entire time, so I’m a bit confused tbh 😂 yes, helping a client manage their stuttering is literally the job of an SLP. Idk what the confusion was.
