i'm on the fence about this one. the stuttering is used as part of a performance. i'm not even sure it's "proper" stuttering, but only the representation of it. some people would not be able to perform this speech. and the comparison with animal communication is honestly a bit silly (but it'd be interesting to hear if stuttering has been observed in non-humans - i can't remember anything). as for an owl using all sorts of motions for communication, that's not the same as stuttering, because the languages are specific, and the owl displays _mastery of_, not _failure to carry out_, its language. but i guess the piece works as a personal piece, which supposedly lends it power.
