Hi, I think my stutter also getting worse so I start to googling for anything that can help. I don't want to get your hopes high, but I somehow found that vitamin B1 can help with stuttering in 30% of people. Here you can find all info about it, faq, pdf etc. http://stuttersense.blogspot.com/2011/03/thiamine-breakthrough-in-stuttering.html?m=1 Basically you need to take 300mg of thiamine hcl (hcl is water soluble form, other forms are fat soluble which may lead to toxicity over time) 3 times a day (3x100mg) ideally with magnesium (bisglycinate is good absorbable form of magnesium) taken with foods. If you will not notice any effect after after two weeks than it will not going to work. I'm just started to using it so can't confirm anything. That's only quick fix I found, other than that meditation, proper sleep, exercising can help. Or psychedelics, but that can be dangerous and it's complicated (search for "Paul Stamets stuttering" in youtube)
