Why didn't our parents take responsibility? They gave birth to us. They passed on these faulty genetics to us. They should be held accountable 100%. My mother and father acted as if I NEVER had a stutter. They NEVER ONCE took responsibility. They always avoided discussing it. My mother NEVER acknowledged the difficulty of living with a speech impediment. I bring it up to her, guess what? She just says "you're making an excuse as always" Yea, whatever bitch. I want to see you live just one week with this curse. Having a moderate to severe stutter = one of the worst handicaps of living in today's society. The fact some people cannot acknowledge this disgusts me, especially if it's our own parents. Both my mother and father should be put in to prison for life for such negligence.
