it's understandable that you feel this way, but i feel like,, i'm not sure how to phrase it lightly, but it seems like you have toxic masculinity in you because you think stuttering is a form of weakness. people tend to villanize stuttering because it's considered a disability and seems disabled. some people want to be seen as an able-bodied person but life isn't really like that. you need time to really accept your stutter and don't see it as a disability. since you might have it for a while, it's better to try to coexist with it rather than hating it and seeing it as a weakness. i also think your toxic masculinity is also a blockage for you not to accept your stutter since you assume a badass and a strong man is a person who is abled, but in reality, there is no actual standard concept of "a man". breathing exercises and speaking slowly will help you in the long run with your stutter. Possibly, joining the stutter support group that we have would be beneficial for you. we do voice chats and/or talk about our stutters, so you don't have to feel so alone when having your stutter. i wish you all the best in your journey of accepting your stuttering, though :))
