My son (21) started at 5 and went to 10 and speech improved. Went to 15 and felt awful. Back to 10...now going to try 5 and see if speech is better or unchanged and hopefully with less side affects (fatigue mostly). When he went from 5 to 10 originally he was not sure if the improvement was from the five kicking in or from the change to the 10. Overall abilify has been a good improvement in removing blocks. Still hoping epicopam comes out for further improvements
