Hey bro. I’ve been through a similar situation. First of all stuttering for me is usually caused by my anxiety which causes me to stutter which causes me to become more anxious etc. First of all, we can look at solving the anxiety. I’d recommend going to a doctor and seeing if they can help you become more comfortable in your own skin and check for underlying mental issues. They may be able to prescribe you medication that could help you calm down. If you had no luck try meditating for 10 mins a day and but your self in challenging situations to build up a tolerance. This could look like saying hello to someone or saying short phrases to people like thank you etc. With the stuttering, what helps me is to speak super slowly and use as much body language as you can. For some reason the body and hand language helps my brain spit out the words better. Don’t worry man I work as a barber and sometimes I sound like I’m having a stroke. On the plus side girls seem to find it cute 😂 Above all else go easy on yourself brother. Take the time to enjoy life and spread love and compassion to others. Every day is a new day.
