I never did any speech exercises but I had a mindful coach who taught me belly-breathing. I used it for migraines and anxiety but I later learned that abdominal breathing has been used to help fluency. What have you done? At this point my speech has become 98% fluent for no specific reason but the little I do stutter is totally random and not caused by anxiety or social pressures. It just happens.
