It is good philosophy but it will not change reality, speaking is essential in human society, it can give or take opportunity, it can build or ruin person's life. Humans are social animals, and speaking is essential in socialization. And why only demeaning speaking, lets demeaning everything including human body. Without consciousness you can shove your precious gift in your ass. Animals also communicate, not in language but other ways, taking that way, you will also see them suffer.
