Nooo that’s not the way to go, I took antidepressants in high school and also anxiety meds. Worst thing ever, made me feel like I wasn’t myself at all and made me feel like a robot. Make friends or fiend new hobbies, I made friends while fishing and it’s helped me go out in nature and just relax for hours even if I don’t catch anything
