thank you for advices! It's so inspiring. >Keep a journal and take notes in your phone about your daily realizations and questions. I like journaling so much. Started journaling recently and it helps a lot. But sometimes it can be harmful if you constantly writing out negative emotions and situations. So now I'm trying to write only positive things and find at least 3 good things in something bad. It's like scripting brain on positivity >And as a Christian, I would say pray to God. Yeah! God is big. I have hard times with fate but trying not to move away too far
