I have a child on my caseload right now in the exact same situation. I was trying to dismiss him because I have literally never heard him stutter all year long, but his parents insist he stutters severely at home (parents only speak Spanish). He tells me he feels more comfortable speaking English so that could be a reason. Also I know his home life isn't great so I believe that is contributing as well.
