true but it’s hard to find people that will wait for you, especially college kids who scroll tiktok all the time and have the attention span of a fly. unless i talk to fellow stutterers i have to expect a certain amount of disinterest in the conversation the moment i start stuttering, even my parents do it (who are super understanding and supportive). i’ve just learned to deal with it, it doesn’t matter how many times i ask people to wait or not cut me off they still b doing it🤷‍♀️
