Lots of remote work in tech and b to b, and the culture is inclusive, lot of neurodiverse people who have carved the way for pretty solid disability accommodations and workplace culture support. Also. This is pretty out there. Have you ever thought about learning sign language and asking for an interpreter for your interviews? If you’re in this much pain, might be worth it.
