What to do to reduce 90 percent of stuttering!?

What to do to reduce 90 percent of stuttering!? In my case..., it is that, stuttering happens in PHASES !... its not that I stutter all days, but in some days it is quite visible, and hard to tall properly..., but in some days my speech is mostly good and confident!.., anyone else feel this way??
