I have a pretty weird stutter, i block really hard and really long but while blocking i can swear fluently and sometimes say different sentences, but then go straight back to blocking on the word i was trying to say, this makes some people think i have tourettes though. Anyway, i can usually tell people "sorry i stutter so it will take a while" inbetween my blocks, it makes the situation a lot less tense for both me and the person i'm talking to.
