Public Speaking. No matter how much you stutter, no matter the expressions on the face of the audience, SPEAK. I joined my college's public speaking club, and it greatly helped. Soon after, I gave a presentation in front of an audience of 300, with 1-2 repetitions in about 15 mins. For context, if I were to speak normally back then, I'd have repetition on every other word.
