Stutter-like "Cluttering" Help

Stutter-like "Cluttering" Help *FYI:* For those who don't know what cluttering is exactly is that it is characterized by skipping or combining syllables, which leads to disfluency. I hadn't noticed (consciously) that I cluttered until my long-time friend pointed out once when we were talking that he had NO clue what I was talking about, that what I said was gibberish. Now I notice it everywhere! For all of those stutterers and clutterers out there, I was wondering what some good tips are for reducing my cluttering.
