Your stutter could be like mine and affected by anxiety. Which understandably could be higher when you are feeling isolated and the world is the way it is at the moment. When I have periods of my stutter being worse then usual I take a bit of time every day even if it's only 10 minutes to sort of meditate, breath slowly and focus on relaxing. It won't work immediately but it's an accumulative affect. Might be worth a try for you.
