How to just talk without fixating on your stutter?

How to just talk without fixating on your stutter? The only way I've learned to talk is by pushing the words out. Trying to avoid stuttering (which ofc it doesn't result because the only way to avoid it is by shutting up). I've never experienced the scheme "idea comes to mind - i say it", because that last part turns into a step by step on how to push the words out (again, never works). So my question is how to talk and not fixating on the stutter or trying to avoid it, if I can only talk BY trying to avoid it, otherwise I would have to just not talk at all. Like, i NEED to push in order for a single sound to come out. It's intrinsic.
