Reducing my speed. But reducing the pace isn't something that happens spontaneously; it's not easy – you have to train your mind to do it. Meditation helped, of course, but I also did other things. When I say I practiced talking slowly, I mean REALLY REALLY slowly, in front of family members or alone – like when you switch the speed of a YouTube video to 0.3x. For example, reading 1 page of a book and taking 15-20 minutes to read it out loud (Yes, you have to read THAT slowly). Practice it for a month, and you should definitely see that in regular conversations whenever you feel you're about to stammer, your mind will remind you to reduce your speed, and I’m 100% sure there will be incidences where you will able to control yourself from stammering. Continue collecting these small wins and there will come a day when your mind start developing confidence.
