I'd say if you're thinking about future interviews, then, well, you may have to try to find a friend to practice with. If you can find someone to talk to, you can practice your answers and build up your confidence. It's not going to make you fluent during the actual interview, but it'll reduce your stuttering at least a little bit. And you'll notice, and it'll make you feel better. I'm 35, but I did engineering. Interviews were ... different. I messed up some technical-heavy interviews. But after the first job, it was like, who you know and they became a formality.
