What do you guys do to stop a bout of heavy stuttering.

What do you guys do to stop a bout of heavy stuttering. I am doing terribly his morning. I have only been in class for an hour and talking among my friends I keep stuttering and dropping words. It's pretty bad and it doesn't help that after I drop a word and can't pick the sentence back up they ignore I was talking in the first place.
