And in response to my other comment, there's A LOT of cities to choose from. My advice is don't choose the major popular cities if you actually want to have time to speak. Choose smaller cities that you haven't heard of: 1) they will be more appreciative to have you there 2) usually the smaller city groups don't get a lot of people so they will be more willing to allow you to join 3) more time to speak
