Do famous 'stutturers' actually matter? Inspired by the other post that didn't really have any discussion about this in the comments. I've always wondered how those stutterers who are famous. The ones in media, like Emily blunt or joe biden, are obviously either past their stutter or very mild. Most of the other ones are in history, so no one really knows how bad Lincoln or Churchill were. So, why are these people used as role models for us? I'm sure that most of us are like 5+ on a scale of 1-10, and these people just dont compare. Edit: spelling, I hate using Reddit on the phone
