Hey man, just want to say that you are not alone. I (and many others in this world) know how you feel and how damn shitty it is to be unable to communicate a simple thought or sentence. The way I see it is that everyone in this life has been dealt a hand of cards - good and abd. What is it that you can learn from this experience? Empathy, patience, and more importantly you were able to fully be immersed in an emotional reaction. What you felt were human emotions in that moment, and emotions come and go. I'm not trying to say that what happened was good, I'm trying to say that to you, that feeling must have felt like the worst thing in the world, but you must realize is that everything leading up to that moment (for you), made it the worst possible feeling. This gets very complicated if you don't know anything about mindfulness and being present. I recommend you do some research on these things. Also stoicism. Also, next time you feel yourself in a situation such as the one you just had. Take a deep breath and laugh, cry and just fucking let it out. Let out the emotions, because once you let out all that's repressed in you, I am sure you will have a much better time getting out the words you want because your mind will be clear, empty and there will be no weight of anxiety of holding you back. Good luck.
