However those drugs have horrible side effects and that's the reason why they aren't being used today for stutterers. However, another way to view stuttering is that we may have too LITTLE GABA. GABA is a neurotransmitter that antagonizes dopamine. It calms us down. Phenibut is a drug that's similar to Baclofen howeveer it's not regulated as a medicine and is thus sold as a nootropic in online stores. Its not that well researched and its side effects are not known. As always, you need to understand the risks before taking those drugs and this post is not an advice from a medical professional.
