It'd better if you can practice your speech with someone. Most of the stutterers I know don't stutter when they're alone. I recommend finding a stutter partner and speaking to them everyday/ at least 3-4 times a week. You can obviously practice easeful onset, breaking the sentences, merging the words, elongating your vowels and every other trick in the book. Use these calls as a playground where you can practice without anyone judging you. Your goal should be to slowly incorporate each of these techniques into your day to day conversations.
