This may or may not be for you but daily meditation was the turning point for me. Also, learning to be mindful. Often my brain gets ahead of my mouth and I start to trip over myself. I started to insert intentional pauses a lot of times and not only did it make me sound more interesting, but then I could move through my words with ease.
