Fully appreciate your thoughts on this; especially if it’s with a new group it can be totally demoralising wanting to say something and blocking; and then feeling like you’ve ‘lost your chance.’ See if you can start off with smaller groups, groups of 3, then 4, desensitise yourself speaking in groups. Also, naturally as your group becomes more friendly and aware of how you speak, hopefully you won’t feel as reluctant to jump in, even when you do block! It’s all a process man, take each day as it comes!
