When I would see people talking so easily it used to make me angry. I was mad that they could without a second thought while I would be worried and going over what I wanna say in my head just to barely be able to spit it out. And it made me mad cause most people will never know what this is like. But first thing you should do is accept the fact that you have a stutter and realize that stuttering is ok even if it doesn't feel ok. Secondly work on your speech. Maybe speech therapy is to expensive but you could try reading a book out loud to yourself. Try saying certain words that you struggle with to yourself. Also it might help to find certain words that are easy to say and use those to start sentences. When my stutter was extremely bad I tried using that a lot. Also try improving your mental and emotional health. This helped me a tremendous amount. Take care of yourself, go to bed on time, don't sleep to late, workout at least 3 days a week. Stuff like that. You should start to feel better emotionally and mentally and that might help your speech. I went from hardly being able to say a single word to my friend saying that I hardly even stutter now. Hearing him say that was one of the happiest moments. Never give up!
