Terrified about Best Man Speech

Terrified about Best Man Speech So two days ago my very good friend told me he was getting married and wanted me to be the best man. This of course means giving a speech. There'll be roughly fifty people at the wedding and I am DEATHLY afraid of public speaking and the more nervous I get the more I stutter and my hands tremble as well. I really don't know what to do, I want to keep it as short as possible to prevent any major embarrassment or awkwardness but I also don't want to be rude, this is a very big honor, and I don't want to mess it up. I don't know what to do and am freaking out since the wedding is in two weeks.
