How to deal with the loneliness that comes with stuttering

How to deal with the loneliness that comes with stuttering I am lonely….. can’t keep up interesting conversations…also I look gross when I get stuck….. I can see that in people’s faces and attitudes when I converse with them…. That is the reason people minimize their interactions with me…. How do I deal with this loneliness?
