I'm dealing with this now, man. 20year old male, trying to get a gf and something I have realized/explored intently is the fact that fear is in the mind and stuttering too, is in the mind. Somewhere along our language and speech development, we missed a lesson, a point, some indication of how we are to speak and other abstract things I cannot explain well. Basically, you have to let go, accept, don't resist, it only makes things harder. Like trying to speak while taking a deep breath, it isn't going to work. You must disidentify with your mind/stutter. Realize the person you are outside of your physical/mental characteristics and simply be. Simply speak, take breaths, hesistate if it makes you kore comfortable, but take charge. If you're interesting in these topics I briefly touched on, look up Alan Watts on youtube. He is a lecturer and philosopher and his lectures, available free of charge, have changed my life completely. Best of luck man, you sound plenty able to follow your goals and achieve them.
