Thesis defense in a day and I couldn’t be more nervous

Thesis defense in a day and I couldn’t be more nervous I have my thesis defense in a day and I am absolutely nervous. I've never single-handedly carried a presentation for more than 5 or 7 minutes. There's so much information to say, so many details to give, and I can't just substitute words when I'm getting tounge-tied, since I have to be academic and precise with my wording. I'm thinking of ways to cut off speaking mid presentation but I don't believe they'll allow me to play a video or pass around visual aids during my thesis (in fact it would come across as me making fun of them and their knowledge on the subject). Any tips would be helpful
