I think you could really benefit from therapy, even if you have had it before. And just because it may have not worked in the past you might have a different attitude and a greater need for it now. For me the anxiety was something different entirely and just been at ease with my stutter didn't stop this. Personally I read into Mindfulness but I won't push this point as I know its not everyone's cup of tea. If you're from the UK I'd highly recommend the Starfish Project down in Eastbourne. But whatever you do, don't give up, the journey is amazing.
