I stutter. People don't really make a big deal out of it when you tell them. They're always very understanding. They smile and say "that's fine, take your time", or if they're curious they might ask you some questions about it. Some of my friends and I joke about it now, with them talking shit and me pretending to use it as a crutch for not being able to do things :)
