Anybody has a stutter that "evolved" as they got older? Now that I am older, most of the stereotypical stuttering has gone away for me. Except that sometimes I can't get sentences out or begin to start talking. Once I begin, I am fine. But if a professor calls on me, for example, sometimes I won't be able to start talking for a few seconds because I will need to take a deep breathe, swallow, and then the words come out.
