What was therapy you had like when you were 15? Different therapies do different things. I had therapy in school when i was younger that just tried to make me fluent/not stutter. I HATED it. All it taught me to do was to hide and be ashamed of myself. That put me off of speech therapy but later i found out that this whole other world of therapy existed trying to change/modify stuttering and change my thoughts/feelings around it. I loved all that therapy!
