When i explain my trials with stuttering to someone, I am always fluent for some weird reason. And like clockwork, the first thing the other person says is, "see, you are fluent now". It isn't how that works. Like hair, I have good and bad days. I will stutter ordering the same food in the same place one day, and be absolutely fluent the next. It doesn't mean I am a sham. Stuttering has a lot to do with your mood, your mental state, and a lot of other factors. Some times you seem to 'overcome' those hurdles for no good reason and are able to wield that your benefit. Other days, you can't. 'Tis how it works, unfortunately.
