Thank you so much for your reply and understanding. He’s actually just finished a five week stint of counselling through work but that’s all he’s entitled to. This was for anxiety due to a few worries he’s been having at work. I think he’d be hesitant to start on any medication, he has been on it in the past but when we’ve discussed meds he’s said he doesn’t think it would help at this time. If it gets worse then maybe he might decide meds are the way to go. Thanks again!
