Women are just the more socially and verbally gifted of the two genders due some neurological differences between the male and female brain. Basically women back in prehistoric days were very vulnerable, especially at child birth and relied on the group to survive the harsh conditions and predators roaming back then. Women who were more extroverted and socially adept could secure more resources for her and her offspring by strong social ties in her tribe in both male and female social circles. Men also relied on being in a group to survive but for women who did not hunt and were physically weaker, being well liked in the group was especially important for survival. I read somewhere that the alpha female in a human group is the one who's more extroverted. It's also a known fact that women pick up second languages faster than men on average. They have better language acquisition hardware built-in.
